The panel your team actually uses

Admin panels, client portals, ticket systems and dashboards. Only what you use, with users, roles and API included.

Modules

Assembled from the pieces you need.

No two panels look alike. These are the pieces that almost always show up; the rest is defined with your operation in front of us.

Users, roles and permissions

Who sees what and who can touch what, with an activity log to know who made each change.

Real-time data

What's happening right now, on one screen, without reloading or exporting anything.

Reports and exports

What today comes out by hand in a spreadsheet, generated on its own and in the format you already use.

API and connections

The panel stops being an island: it connects to your website, your shop or the tools you already have.

Always included

Every panel we deliver ships with this.

These are the pieces that separate a tool that lasts years from a pretty prototype.

  • Authentication and user management
  • Configurable roles and permissions
  • Activity log
  • Documented API
  • Backups and recovery plan
  • Deployment on your infrastructure or ours
How we work

From the first message to software in production.

No vague quotes, no lost tickets. This is exactly what happens from the moment you write to us.

  1. 01 · Day 0

    You tell us what's stuck

Through the form or on Discord: what you need, who it's for and by when. Two sentences are enough to start. Already a client? Open the request from your panel.

  2. 02 · After a call

We talk it through and send the proposal

A short call to understand what you really need. Then you get the proposal in writing: fixed price, delivery date and exact scope. If something changes along the way, we agree on it first, not on the invoice.

  3. 03 · Development

You watch it progress and can course-correct

Regular updates and early versions so you can test before anything is final. Changing your mind halfway is cheap; at the end, it isn't.

  4. 04 · Delivery and after

    Deployed, documented and supported

You receive the software deployed and the documented code in your repository. And we stay around: bugs in what we delivered are on us, also after we've been paid.

Real proof

Our client panel was born exactly this way.

client.realcity.dev is the tool we manage every project with: requests, work status, messages and deliveries. Everything we do goes through it, so what we propose to you we already use daily.
