Identification of the owner

In compliance with the duty of information laid down in Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following details are provided:

“RealCity Developments” is not a company but the trading name under which the owner provides services in a personal capacity. There is therefore no commercial registry entry and no tax identification number other than the identity document stated above.

Sites and purpose

This legal notice applies to the following sites, all owned by the same person:

Main site: realcity.dev — presentation of development services and quote requests.
Client panel: client.realcity.dev — private client area: requests, proposals, tracking, deliveries and invoicing.
Store: shop.realcity.dev — sale of script licences for FiveM servers, operated on the Tebex platform.
Configurator: getserver.realcity.dev — free tool for generating QBCore server bases.

Conditions of access and use

Access to the sites is free of charge, without prejudice to certain areas requiring prior registration or the contracting of a service. Browsing confers the status of user and entails acceptance of these conditions.

The user undertakes to make diligent and lawful use of the sites and their contents, and in particular to refrain from:

Using them for purposes contrary to law, public policy or the rights of third parties.
Attempting to access restricted areas, other users' accounts or the owner's information systems.
Introducing or distributing malicious code, or taking any action liable to damage, overload, disable or impair the sites or prevent their normal use by others.
Systematically extracting or reusing the contents, whether by manual or automated means.

The owner may refuse or withdraw access from users who breach the above, without prior notice.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the sites — text, photographs, graphics, images, design, source code, trade marks and logos — belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, in whole or in part, without the owner's express authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law or where provided for in the Terms of service in respect of the products contracted.

FiveM, Cfx.re, QBCore, ESX, QBox, Discord and Tebex are trade marks of their respective owners. They are referred to for descriptive purposes only; the owner is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

Disclaimer

The owner endeavours to keep the information published on the sites accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee the absence of typographical errors or omissions, which will be corrected as soon as they are identified.

The sites may contain links to third-party pages. The owner does not control that content and accepts no responsibility for it; the link merely facilitates access to information that may be of interest.

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the sites or that they will be free from operating errors, and is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, viruses or technical failures beyond its reasonable control. The limits of liability applicable to contracted services are set out in the Terms of service.

Data, cookies and contracting

Personal data: The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy, which sets out the purposes, legal bases, retention periods and how to exercise your rights.
Cookies: The use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by the Cookie policy. Consent may be withdrawn at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Contracting: The terms governing development services, the client panel, the script store and the configurator are set out in the Terms of service.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to access to or use of the sites shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
