Cookie policy

Definition and scope

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in the user's browser and which allows information about their browsing to be retained. For the purposes of this policy, browser local storage technologies (localStorage and sessionStorage) are treated as equivalent to cookies, as they serve an analogous function.

This policy concerns those used on realcity.dev, owned by Marc Marchal Pastor, and is issued in compliance with Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI-CE, the GDPR and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's guidance on the use of cookies.

This site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or profiling for commercial purposes.

Necessary cookies

These are essential for providing the service expressly requested by the user or for retaining a choice they have made. Under Article 22(2) LSSI-CE, they are exempt from the requirement to obtain consent.

Analytics cookies

These provide aggregate information about how the site is used — pages visited, time spent, device and interactions — for the purpose of improving it. They are installed only with the user's prior consent: until it is given, the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity scripts are not downloaded at all.

Giving and withdrawing consent

On the first visit a notice is displayed with three options of equal visual prominence: accept all, reject all, or configure by category. Inaction does not amount to consent, and no cookie requiring authorisation is installed.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, as easily as it was given, via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the button below. On withdrawal, any analytics cookies already installed are deleted.

The decision is retained for twelve months; once that period has elapsed, or if this policy is amended to add new purposes or providers, consent will be requested again. Users may also delete or block cookies through their browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge); blocking necessary cookies may prevent some features from working correctly.

Panel, store and configurator

The client panel (client.realcity.dev) uses only technical session cookies, necessary to keep the user identified for the duration of their visit.

The store (shop.realcity.dev) runs on the Tebex platform, which has its own cookie notice and manager under its privacy policy.

The server-base configurator (getserver.realcity.dev) installs no analytics cookies and requires no registration; it uses only the technical cookies needed to complete the requested generation.
